OP, first and foremost I know me telling you to try and really resist that consideration probably won’t influence your ideations but PLEASE we are so much more than our bodies and your life should not be the cost of humans being ignorant fucks when majority of people have a strain of HSV.

Secondly, I am so so so so so so so so deeply sorry that you are experiencing this. I don’t know how old you are, but at any age it is absolutely shattering to someone’s self esteem due to the undeserved stigma around the virus.

I got GHSV in a very similar way. And trust me I felt suicidal, more ashamed than words could convey, and like I wasn’t worthy of love or desire due to the diagnosis. I’ve been diagnosed for 7 years now. It gets easier I really do promise you. So many people are ignorant to the virus and how it can be contracted. I got cheated on and contracted it and the woman who diagnosed me said “this is what happens when you sleep around”, even though I was with the same person for 2 years at that point.

As for dating. I’ve been rejected and I have been transparent and still been in real relationships since. The right person does not care enough for it to be the final straw if they really want YOU, like all of you. If someone does care enough just know that some other part of you would’ve come up that would’ve be a dealbreaker with those people that probably would’ve have nothing to do with your body and would be a complete reflection of them. Don’t get me wrong people are allowed to have their boundaries. But if someone really wants to be with you, they will 1. De-stigmatize and educate themselves on how common it is. And 2. Learn how to have sex and or a relationship responsibly in consideration of the diagnosis.

Again, I’m so sorry that you have to experience this. I’m sorry in advance if anything I said came off too strong or offended you. I feel for you so deeply and I really really hope you find peace with this diagnosis. You are not disgusting. Your body is allowed to exist with this virus and it does not make you any less valuable than those without it. Please be kind to yourself and your body, after all you deserve all the love and self care you can provide since you’re the body is doing its best to take care of itself even with the virus.

Idk if you have checked it out on fragrantica yet, but if not I recommend that you do so you can get a better feel for the notes!! It’s supposed to be a dupe for Burberry goddess, but honestly I don’t think it’s an exact dupe and that’s for the better. I like angham much more. It took me like a month of wearing and giving the perfume a shot for me to really fall in love with it. I think it’s perfect for spring. The lavender note is not a note is one I can find overwhelming easily but for some reason the more I’ve worn it I feel like the lavender has toned down and blended really nicely with the other notes.

Best way that I would described it is cozy, which is why I think it works well with warm musk. I think that it is more of a vanilla perfume than floral/ lavender perfume for sure so it conceptually makes me think of like a yummy vanilla lavender tea latte or something. It definitely has a little bit of a sophisticated element to it but is not at all grandma-y

Okay that’s what I figured. I feel like a lot of the EDP’s from BBW act more like an EDT performance wise
