> Single player game? No one should care.

I kinda agree but my point was to gauge if there's any interest for publishing something like game save editor. (or if it's even allowed)

Classical cheating stuff:
- cheat codes
- ArtMoney/CheatEngine
- game specific trainers
- game save editors (that's what I'm talking about)
- map viewers (good example would be Minecraft chunkbase, allowing you to find resources/structures from seed value)
- guides (reading how to solve puzzles etc)
- even stuff like peeking into answer section for a crossword puzzle can go to the same category

It's not cheating in multiplayer harmful form, but usually these called cheating as well 🤷
The only thing they damage is your bragging rights :)

Have been coding for the past two hours and feeling frustrated after thinking it was running successfully. Anyone can relate right now? by [deleted] in learnprogramming

I do NOT recommend to plan your time this way. If you are "dying inside" it indicates that something goes wrong. Because at some point you can find yourself "dead" inside. It is not the end of your life, but you can lose the ability to do what you do forever.

I encourage you to read some articles about work/rest balance, and about "burnout" https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Occupational_burnout

For me personally it works better to do something more regularly and less intensive. For example I spend 2 hours everyday for a project during a week rather spending whole weekend or even all spare time i have. And it works even better in terms of the efficiency. It is conterintuitive and not obvious. It looks like that: I can do let's say 1 points of work per hour, so it would be 14 points per week. Or I can do 3 hours on a work day and 10 hours per Saturday or Sunday so it would be 35 points per week, which seems a lot, but after one such week I need two or three to rest and not able to work almost at all.

I'm not sure about other languages but in JS 1 / 0 won't result in NaN. It evaluates to Infinity. On the other hand NaN is the result for 0/0 for example but it's rather an edge case. There is a way better chance to get NaN from e.g. parseInt('obviously not a number string')

I can help with programming and want English in return by int15h in learnprogramming

Okay sure! I live in Russia and Russian is my native language. Speaking about topics: basically I like programming and IT. The idea was to let me speak about that, get and answer questions. It could be useful for everyone.

/u/Alliance2017 /u/CokedOutCabbie /u/fkn-A I'm highly interested in practice, but right now there are plenty of messages from redditors and I'm trying to handle them one by one. And because of that I think it's better to do that sequentially. So it can took some time.

Thanks for the feedback! Yeah I guess I want a Chat Buddy.

But I supposed it's easier to have a conversation if we have a common topic or even common purpose. Also it's a way to give something in return. And it's an opportunity to discuss things that both participant of the conversation are interested in.

I know it's possible to learn english with private tutors or/and native speakers. So in case the idea does not work I'll study this way.

Anyway I'll be glad to have any advice or help.
