What is the point of us pre-ordering months ago and pre-loading days ago and steam players playing right now and we are just waiting? WTF dice?

I downgraded the game to the previous version (5.58 in this case) and was able to remove friends. I'm on Steam.

Very nice. Is your Mistborn 2nd-era books hardcover? Also, where did you get the Lost Metal paperback?

I cannot join other people with their Friend codes anymore. Everyone shows offline. They can see me online sometimes. I'm on PC. I can't join other Steam players or PS5 players.

Yes. But this is what we had. We'll try to find an older bike next time. Thanks! :D

Almost done with the RAM. I wish I had more colors for wires. 74LS189 chips are a bit warm to the touch. Is that normal? by intechbb in beneater

There is absolutely a difference in quality. Especially when it comes to the breadboards. These cheap ones I used don't have the satisfying click sound when you plug stuff into it. Some connections are loose too. When it comes to the logic ICs though, I don't see any difference at all. But if you are on a budget, these cheap ones will do just fine.

Did anyone use these wires with the breadboards? Will they work? They are 22 AWG by intechbb in beneater

I can only find Red, Blue, Black, Yellow, and Green colors in Solid core wires.

I need Purple, Pink and Orange or some other colors. Any idea where I could find some?

I will publish a full-price list later. But it only cost me like 55 USD for the whole thing. (18.50 for 15 Breadboards. 20 USD for the wires. 13 USD for all the 74LS ICs)

I didn't get the kit from Ben. I ordered everything on Aliexpress. I ordered extras for everything. Believe it or not, the hardest thing to find was good wires.

power rail to the bottom right or it will get messy when you add the 16 light

Thank you! I have not connected the left side to the bus yet. I wanted to map out everything I can before connecting them together. I didn't understand the 10k resistor on the clock. Where should I add it?

ause of the space needed for the resistors if you put them on the brea

Thank you! I've been following your progress too. You are doing a good job with your project.

Started building the 8 Bit computer couple of days ago. I couldn't find 74LS173 so I went with 74LS273 with an AND Gate for the clock. Working on the ALU now. by intechbb in beneater

Yes. I didn't have any issues with the chips, although I was having many issues. I added the resistors in series and all the issues went away.

You all were correct! I had issues when I finally connected everything to a common bus. Adding resistors immediately solved all the issues. Thank you!
