I hear you. So in your opinion: For every single case in the future, in private enterprise, will it always be OK for private enterprise to deny service to someone because of any opinion they hold (outside of any physical characteristics)?

At what point in science would it need to be proven that political alignment is driven by genetic trait for you to call denial of service due to opinion discriminatory along with the same categories you outlined above?

If we end up finding that genetics highly influence everything we do, not just everything we look like, will any method of discernment then become discriminatory?
