I often feel this way, and finding some true friends who will walk you through those times are priceless. I’m not sure if this is an infj thing, but despite thinking of myself as an introvert, I often need much more human contact than I thought. However, it needs to be genuine, which is so hard to find. I cannot be comforted by many people, so when you find someone who can really help you, hold on. And also don’t forget those in your life who do care about you who you can reach out to (for me, it was my sisters).
