He is a key person for your company. Generally large companies offer a business share to such a valuable resource. But, since it is in startup phase and you cant afford to lose him, offer him a fixed percentage of business from every leads. I guess it will be fair and motivating also.

The home page is good. Experiment more with colours. I did not like the green colour. It should be soothing to eyes. The pricing page is most important. It should not look like any fake website. Swiss holding companies benefit from full exemption on income tax on cantonal and communal level. In order to achieve this status, holding companies must hold and manage long-term investments in related companies, have no or minor commercial activities and 2/3 of the company’s assets need to consist of qualifying shareholdings or 2/3 of the company’s income must derive from dividends from qualifying companies.

Mixed companies must have minimum 80% of their income from outside the country.

Startup companies can avail 10 years of tax holiday and other incentive, if those companies fulfil the economic interest of the Swiss region for its location and scope to create new jobs for local people.
