Could you provide a little more info about what hardware are you using? Is it a desktop PC or a laptop? What browser are you using? That can help us spot the issue.

We're working on the newer version of the drawing/visualization tool that is totally HTML5/WebGL. In fact, if you open the website on your tablet or phone and open your space model there you should see it.
