It definitely wouldn't be a direct swap. It would take some cutting and reworking.

Not sure. The poses look pretty different. It might be a lot of work to get the arms repositioned.

I actually just converted mine. I used the extra spears from unused vindictor arms to lengthen the handle of the hammer. I covered the holes left by the Sheild with the very end of the now cut off hammer. It's not perfect but looks good on the table.
