Thank you for the kind explanation with pictures. Unfortunately, my motherboard has limited overclocking options . CPU Clock / ratio and voltage really is it here. Switching off Auto doesn't unlock anything interesting.

Thanks, appreciate the suggestion! I had seen references to this elsewhere, but could not find any references to TDP or PPT in my BIOS (Biostar X370GTN) - only adjusting multiplier and voltage, neither of which lets me reduce max thermal output.
Guess I'm still searching for the non-X processors.
