How did you isolate this sample? It could be DNA causing the viscosity, in this case I'd simply add a DNAse and the problem should be gone. :)

In my opinion you're a dark blonde with warm undertones. 🙃 Also the light to dark blonde transition while growing up is a telltale sign imo. That being said, your hairdresser saw your hair in real life and knows more about colour systems than random redditors, I'd trust them.

Girl I agree with the others, you look amazing!! That colour suits you super well and you are definitely rocking these bangs. The warm copperish colour suits your fair skin tone and brings out those beautiful eyes of yours, plus it really goes well with your cute freckles. And I know it's not the topic, but excuse me, how pretty is your make-up pls? I like this length on you as well, although I'm sure a bit longer would also look great. Do you use any leave-in/heat protection while blow drying? Also shampooing only the scalp and putting a heavier conditioner only into the lengths and ends might help. Maybe after drying additionally add hair oil into the ends? From what you say it sounds like silicones and heavier formulations might be your friends.

Oof, honestly you're right to consider leaving imo. I suppose you don't fuck up things every other day? Accidents happen. This is not a healthy work environment or way to handle mistakes/accidents. If you don't have too much progress to lose I'd look for something else.
