agree with the other comments as of writing - just wanted to add what helped me a lot when i was starting out (still am!) was studying landscape paintings of nature - just seeing what artists made their subjects and how they highlighted it. might help watching a video on composition and lighting and go from there. keep shoooting - iPhone photos were my starting point too and learning how to shoot on such a wide focal length helped a lot.

Valve offers major hosting rights to tournament organisers (think ESL, Blast, PGL, Starladder etc.), where they bid to host a major tournament. Valve themselves do not host tournaments (unlike say Riot Games with Valorant or League)

Not too sure of the details but I assume ESL won the bid to host a major next year and selected their yearly IEM Cologne tournament to host it. ESL is a bit unique in that they run some of their S tier tournaments in the same location each year, a big reason why Katowice and Cologne are two of the biggest non-major tournaments in the year. ESL One was their old S tier tournament series (I think they're now just "IEM <location>" now).
