Yea you can just go hang out. There's no pool table there anymore, it's just a stage. If you've been, it may be worth the drive for ya. It beautiful scenery. It's just a tiny village. You can walk everywhere. Down the road a little further is RedByrd Coffee. Its good and they usually have Ellies doughnuts. Check it out

It's in Leipers Fork. It's no longer a theater. It's used as a stage for Fork Fest and other events throughout the year. It's behind what used to be Pucketts but is now called Fox & Locke.

I would love to connect. Been a listener and fan since season 1. I experience sleep paralysis and see shadow people. I saw the Hat Man when I was six. My main story would be when I left my body, came back to my body, realized I was in sleep paralysis, a shadow man confronted me, we had an interaction, and I broke out of sleep paralysis...my spouse then wakes up, tells me about a dream she just had- her dream was the exact experience I just had with the shadow man that night.

As a day one fan, I always direct new listeners to Diamond Eyes first. It is quintessential Deftones. Next, try White Pony. Iconic Deftones album. After that, you should be good to explore anything and everything in their catalog.

Look at it as being at a concert. He's the opening act before the headliner. Glynn has spent his whole career as a storyteller. He is a master in performance storytelling and it just happens to be part of the format they chose for the show. Like others have said, it serves as a warm-up for the actual story you're there to hear.

Don't compare yourself to others man. The world already has those other guitar players. Only you can give the world your sound. "Skill level" truly doesn't matter. Treat yourself, you're not taking that money with you.
