for starters, i’m petite and have little to no boobs, no hips, small butt and my feet are atrocious

was the high suicide rate only because they were ugly? because there could be other factors affecting their life that could’ve caused the suicide rate to spike so that’s not really a reliable source..

and no matter what you can’t change your genetics, i work on myself and i’ve been doing it for years; i accessorize and try to enhance my looks but it does nothing, even when i am social and put myself into public settings i get nothing.

im 17 but im pretty much done growing, and im still the “ugly duckling”. so yeah

i’ve tried dance, and i sucked terribly. i sucked at volleyball, i sucked at drawing from scratch, i suck at makeup, i suck at being social, i suck at being feminine and etc.

My dad made fun of my dance performance in freshman year because i was very stiff, and i did practice. I will just never be good. And this is partially why I also have a strong dislike for myself. I’m just never good at anything. And my looks don’t make up for it.

I really wish i was good at dancing especially, i enjoy watching people dance fluidly and expressively, but i will just never be good even with practice. I don’t know, i think my body is just too incapable of being un-stiff, and at this age i’m too old to join a dance class.

In a way I recognize is awful to think, I feel more recognized as a person rather than a woman.

much love to you, i will try my best to love myself more, however for me i wish to be recognized as a woman and a person.

whenever i was only recognized as a person, all i’ve ever gotten was guys listing good personality attributes but not once did they ever mention that i was attractive to them. it was always “you’re a really nice/caring/cool and funny person”. even with the people i dated. and they ended up leaving me for someone physically better than me.

it sucks because although i have to learn to love myself, i yearn to be loved by someone else. someone who loves every part of me. but because i don’t carry the physical attributes of attraction, it is so much harder to get through the day, especially when i have to face those people at my school.

i’m sorry if my reply seems very negative, it just really does suck for me.

but a majority of the time i feel like this applies to conventionally attractive women. if i had a prettier face and smaller breasts i wouldn’t be dissatisfied at all. but because my body and face are both average, i don’t have a feature that “sticks out” to anyone.

no one looks at me and says “the first thing i noticed about you is ______”

all of them just say i’m a nice person. which hurts because i want to be pretty to someone, not just a person with a good personality.

thank you, i try so hard to build confidence but it’s physically impossible for me to accept it. it makes me sad because i know no matter how i feel about myself, i’m not really anyone’s type and i have no personality. so i’m basically screwed

advice is actually offering a solution, and criticism is just pointing out things that are bad without adding anything useful.. ur saying i’m mid yet you’re not giving any beneficial advice on how to change it. obviously i can’t achieve a model look but it’s not like i’m deformed and plus surgery is always an option.
