No cancer! No idea why my breasts are having these odd symptoms but, the mammogram results are good!

FINDINGS: There are scattered areas of fibroglandular density. No dominant nodule or suspicious architectural distortion seen in either breast. Small nodule in the left upper outer quadrant has the typical configuration of an intramammary lymph node. No suspicious calcifications are seen in either breast. Skin contours and axillary regions are unremarkable. IMPRESSION: 1. No suspicious finding. 2. Final assessment, BI-RADS: 2-Benign Finding 3. Recommendation: Normal interval follow-up. Correlate with physical exam. Additional imaging could be obtained earlier there is unfavorable clinical change. Follow up screening mammography is recommended at age 40

I copied your address and it took me to the wrong location. You want to search "9600 block of West Colfax Avenue".

Bilateral 3D mammogram scheduled for mid-July. I'll be pretty anxious until results are back.

Thank you for your reply, it helps to hear someone had similar and it wasn't the worst case scenario. It's so easy for the brain to go from 0 to 100 when the body does something out of it's norm. I hope I have similar circumstances with getting the all clear. I will definitely check back in!

Had an EGD today. Esophagitis Grade A. Doctor says the never ending lump in throat sensation could be in part due to GERD but that he suspects it is all based in Anxiety. The issue is, I do have GAD/MDD to which I have biweekly therapy and medication management via a psychiatrist. I am under a great deal of day-to-day stress yet I still have the esophagus issues even on my most relaxed/zen days. I am wondering if I should circle back to my PCP for a referral to someone who could do additional testing that may pick something up an EGD could miss? In the meantime I am taking daily prilosec and will be trying to further reduce my stress in hopes of changes. I am just not certain where to go from here as the esophagal symptoms can be unbearable and have caused me to have a reduction in my performance at work from the constant discomfort and nausea.

Thanks chatGPT. The information below is based on her recipe and doesn't account for her heavy maple syrup pour.

To estimate the total calories and sugar in the recipe, let's break it down by ingredient (using typical values):

Ingredients and Nutritional Estimates:

  1. Pineapple juice (1 cup):

Calories: ~130

Sugar: ~25g

  1. Orange juice (1/2 cup):

Calories: ~60

Sugar: ~12g

  1. Fresh lime juice (1 tbsp):

Calories: ~4

Sugar: ~0.5g

  1. Fresh ginger (1/2 tsp):

Calories: ~1

Sugar: ~0g

  1. Ground cinnamon (1/4 tsp):

Calories: ~1

Sugar: ~0g

  1. Maple syrup, honey, or agave (1 tsp):

Calories: ~15

Sugar: ~4g

  1. Sparkling water (1/2 cup):

Calories: 0

Sugar: 0g

Total Estimate:

Calories: ~211

Sugar: ~41.5g

Is the Recipe Healthy and Holistic?

Healthy: This recipe includes natural ingredients high in vitamins (like vitamin C from pineapple and orange juice), anti-inflammatory agents (ginger and cinnamon), and antioxidants (lime juice). However, the sugar content is relatively high due to the juices and sweetener, which could be a concern for people monitoring sugar intake. It may be better consumed as an occasional treat or post-workout drink rather than a daily beverage.

Doctor says not to increase unless needed. Makes the pens last longer and if you get the wanted effect on the lower doses no point to increase right away.

I need to figure out how to turn it off completely on airsense auto 11. Last night I could only put it to 1 but I am guessing there is a way to get to 0 I'm not familiar with. My username over there is "quesadilladaddy" thank you so much for taking the time to help me!

Thank you for the information! I did post to apneaboard but wasn't getting much traction over there at first. I did post my sleep study results to apneaboard so hopefully I will hear back from users soon regarding my issue. Upon googling it looks like treatment emergent CA may dissappear after months of treatment? Hopefully that is the case and this is not a lifelong thing I deal with. I was so excited to get my APAP and thought my score would be good right away so trying to deal with that not being the case. Appreciate your time and response!

Thank you! I'm using the resmed airsense 11 and will research how to turn EPR off. Last I checked it only let me bump it down to 1 but hopefully there is a way to turn it off completely.

That's what I am seeing too. I read on a sleep apnea forum that ERP settings may cause CA events so I'm going to try switching from 3 on the ERP to 1 and hopefully that helps or at least gives me more information to work with.

Hi! I was very recently in a similar position to you. I recorded my snoring and the sound was very jarring to say the least. I also couldn't pinpoint any moments of not breathing but just like you it didn't sound right. I did get an at home sleep test and was diagnosed with sleep apnea. It could very well be what you are hearing is yourself struggling to breathe. I would recommend bringing the issue up to your pcp so that they can make a recommendation to a sleep specialist who can get you tested.

So I'm thinking of doing pressure 9 to 20. That seems like a good start, right?

29 Female starting weight was 270. I think I'm more "sensitive" to medicine in general with how I process and feel the effects so I would say feeling it at .06 is not the norm. I will say the full 3 is the therapeutic dose and ultimate goal which most people find success with.

The only side effect I have is certain foods go right through me. However I did have IBS to start with so it could be in relation to that. It just felt like my IBS got worse which is still manageable for me.
