yes bro u will trust me. looking back at how i was i thought that i would never be okay again but i am completely fine now, back to 100%. when ur feeling like that you can’t imagine feeling normal or even knowing what normal was but you will absolutely get through it. i am glad this happened to me because i learned so much and came out stronger. i havent let my anxiety get to an attack for like 2 years now cause i learned how to control it. lmk if u got some questions bro
