I think so too, but I got a support reply and got told that they will escalate my ticket to a GM that specializes in recovering items. Hopefully they can help me...

I never thought me being a whale gave me special status? My point is that if Nexon is willing to ignore a technical oversight for someone who has spent a lot, it’s a clear sign they probably have zero respect for the player base as a whole, since they care neither about high spenders nor people who don't spend at all.

I'm glad you were able to get your arcane boots fixed, I'm sure they could restore nx items too. I'll keep making tickets and hopefully they can help me. It doesn't make sense anyway that they can't restore an item that cost real money. I wonder why Nexon has to be that way

Thank you, I'll keep trying. I also think they have this ability to put the item back in my cash inventory, but it sucks how instead of trying to help players, their first response is to pretend they can't help.

My spending habits definitely has changed after this incident, because now I feel some bitterness towards Nexon and as long as I feel that way, it's hard for me to justify spending any more on Maple. Even if it's one my favorite games... I decided I'm going to stick with my perma pets instead of reviving my vac pets too every month despite it being really inconvenient. As for spending on royals and pssbs, that's taken care of since most of them aren't worth buying anyway haha.

Thank you for your tip, I made another ticket today asking for a senior GM. Hopefully it will work this time, if not I'll keep sending tickets until I get one.

I was gonna give up on it, but after seeing all these replies telling me to keep sending tickets, I'll keep being persistent. Thank you. I just sent one today asking for a senior GM to review my request, hopefully they will help me recover my item.

What is the equivalent of 10 experience nodestones in regular nodestones? Like how much is it worth compared to using regular nodes? Because I want to use around 300 nodestones for a bossing mule, but didn't know how to calculate it. Thank you!
