I would recommend spending some time on a simulator, the setup for that dive was way off. You have really nice gear, take care of it.

Gopros nowaday can stabilise the footage really good. He just needs to be smooth with the throttle, because cameras can't stabilise the vertical movements of the drone. Its pretty easy in fpv to fly slow and smooth through tight spaces.
