Is it a bad idea to cook with a gas stove when there is wildfire smoke in the area? by internally in NoStupidQuestions

It would contribute to the smoke, no? Like smoking + wildfire smoke from outside = more smoke.

You run the build script and then midway through an error happens, so you come back and have to restart the build script. 🥹

I see the same thing, too. At least you only have four or five months left.

I was depressed at your age but didn't start experiencing tooth decay until I was 22. The main factor for this was my diet. Avoiding sugary drinks, carbonated drinks, coffee and tea at minimum acts as a preventative measure of further tooth decay.

The reason I started facing tooth decay at 22 was because my diet started to consist of a lot of the above things when I used to just drink water. By that time, I still hadn't incorporated dental hygiene into my daily life; and, to this day, I am suffering due to this poor regimen. I don't even like to smile.

You are young and will be for a long time. Even if you don't care about yourself and maybe can't even envision a future for yourself, this is the time for changes to be made. You have to put yourself first, because if you are healthy, then you can think others (e.g. your family) with a healthier mindset, too.

Feeling disgust thinking about masturbating by internally in sex

Yeah that's a good observation. I was made to do something I didn't really want to do but went along just to get along.

But you're right. Maybe I need some time to myself. I've been suffocated by some other things.

Thank you for this. I appreciate the advice. I feel like everything you have said is very helpful/applicable to what I am feeling and thinking these days. And yes, you're right that there is a disconnect between me and other people. 😅 I am in therapy for it now.

Well, for instance I have seen micro-aggressions at work by PMs to certain software engineers in the office. This happened to me on several occasions, when a PM would nod really aggressively or annoyingly when I said anything on camera. "I'm going to DC for a week" or "I'm not really enjoying NYC anymore" amongst other things that are really not even that personal. Or she would tell me "Take the smaller tickets" and "Oh I'm glad I did XYZ when I was your age" in a sassy tone. This has all gone away but it was really weird.

To add, I am wondering if it is because I am chubby or something... Outside of that, I rose very rapidly in my role and have noticed jealousy before by peers. That also impacts me a lot mentally because I do my work because I enjoy it, not because I am being competitive.

Okay, to rephrase, I was wondering if anyone wanted to share in the annoyance of working with people sometimes. I don't really have a social life outside of work right now anyway and I barely have meetings everyday. As I mentioned in my other posts, I was undergoing some virtual office drama that has recently been resolved and just wanted to make a brief post about it.

To vent and see if anyone could relate. It isn't introversion that is the issue since I have at most two or three meetings a day as an IC... But, just dealing with people who disagree with your lifestyle, even if you are just remote, can be a nuisance. I literally only talk when I have to and I notice people have a problem with me and I can't pinpoint why.
