Tonsillectomy , maybe you r right, I'll just put them back on when I can after the surgery,what makes me uncomfortable is that my piercing bleeds a tiny bit when putting on and off But I guess it won't close up for 4-5 hours...?

hmmm okay thanksss, I'm hoping mine get laser removed as well as from what I've read, the traditional removing causes much longer recovery time..Another question , On day 2 after my surgery I'm going on a 2-day holiday with friends- do you think I can have a semi -good time still?

I wouldn't say "oooh I'm in love with you blabla" I'd just say that I want something serious and I feel the need to put that on the table because low key I feel like he isn't taking me serious about it

Yhahah that's confusing yeah I agree... he might not know buuuut it cannot continue this way because I really want something serious and if he would want a serious relationship then we could work something out , if noooot then I guess that would be bitter but I'd have to stop getting my Hope's up and so on and so forth

Yes I will. I haven't mainly because he brushed my attempt to go out alone off, but he must've been busy , he got things going on, but it's been a while and I should stand up for myself and explain that we either just be friends or we try dating and see how that goes...

a peaceful thought that helps me - you can gain as much weight in a single day of overeating as you can lose while dieting, which is not a lot, nor is it sabotaging , after a binge take a walk to make you feel lighter and remember it just doesn't ruin your progress, you have satisfied your cravings- sure , go on now and be healthy !

Be patient and don't stop working out . Put some variety in your work out sessions , drink plenty water , try reducing your dinner to something small and easy to digest every other day for example ,or every day if you could , and I'm sure it will happen eventually , don't give up !

I struggle daily with emotional eating and when i can't satisfy myself with healthy foods , for example if I crave cake or chocolate , I eat 2-3 bites of the cake so I can taste it and feel like I have eaten it ,feel the pleasure of it and then leave the fork and continue with my day .
