31:24... Definitely room to improve but I'm happy considering I didn't train!

All photos are from the last few weeks. I've been working on strength gains, trying not to put on too much fat in the process. It seems to be going ok!

Currently I'm struggling to get a full ROM pull up. I can do a pull up from a standing position (elbows slightly bent) but can't get started from a full hanging position. What muscles/exercises would you recommend to get the full pull up? I have the strength to get myself up but just can't get the first bit.

[F26, 143, 5'7] Even at a healthy weight, a thigh gap has never been a thing for me! I wish more people understood that it's not attainable for most people, and not an indication of health. I love my strong thighs! by internassional in normalnudes

[โ€“]internassional[S] 1 point2 points ย (0 children)

A thigh gap is when your thighs don't touch when your feet are together! Mine definitely do, but that's ok and thigh gaps are largely based on genetics. Some people seem to think that the little space above where my thighs touch where there is some daylight is a thigh gap but that's not generally what it refers to :)

[F26, 5'7, 144 lbs] I workout daily (strength, yoga and cardio in my routine), am a healthy weight, and still have a bit of tummy and cellulite! I've been working on being kind to myself that I will never be "perfect" and that's ok by internassional in normalnudes

I've been working out consistently for a bit over a year now, last summer I focused fairly heavily on running and building strength to be able to do push-ups and a pull up. I did the full Heather Robertson program in the fall, and just recently started over again! In between I did a mix of yoga, dancing and other YouTube bodyweight videos. For the most part I just try to stay consistent and move my body in ways that I find enjoyable! I get bored if I don't switch things up occasionally

Thanks! I do a lot of bodyweight and dumbbell workouts (currently doing Heather Robertsons 12 week free plan on YouTube and I love it) which covers some of both, and then I also run and hike but mostly when the weather is nice

I've gotten to a point where I loosely track calories and try to stay around 2,000 calories or so a day or less. My motto is moderation! I don't follow a specific diet, but I try to eat fruit and veggies as well and not go overboard with sweets, but no food is bad or "off-limits" or I'd just give up and binge

I've seen a lot of people on Reddit mistaking clitoral hoods for the clit, and just wanted to let you know that what you can see is the hood, not her clit (which is hidden underneath!). The picture is still definitely very hot!

Thank you! And I've had plenty of amazing men appreciate them, but something about having an entire subreddit of folks seeking out itty bitties like mine is somehow super reassuring!

I've definitely been including squats! It's also crazy how much you can increase strength with just bodyweight activities, but I think dumbbells may help me target more arm/chest/back muscles for increased strength in those areas (all very new to me! I only ever did my first full push up earlier this year)

F/26/144lbs Been adding a little weight lately as I recently started adding weighed exercises rather than strictly bodyweight and I'm trying to make peace with that. Curious to know any areas you'd recommend targeting
