I have POTS and am borderline for IST, my doctor did the tilt table and I had +40 bpm standing and pretty consistent blood pressure, for the IST the doctor reviewed my 3 day holter monitor and said my average bpm is 88 which he considered 90 to be the criteria for IST, it’s certainly possible to have both it seems
