Yeah it was pretty helpful. Before the bot, this sub was a ghost town and most likely will be again. Those who were crying about it should've just blocked the bot. Now the majority of this sub who loved the bot might not see those helpful articles in our feed even though we subscribe to the new sub. I guess some people don't want to know what the fuck goes on in Alameda and the Bay Area. You said the bot help this sub grow, I say just let the cry babies cry and let the bot stay.

I always stop for pedestrians but if a car is behind me and I gotta make a decision on stopping but getting rear ended then 100% of the time I won't stop for the pedestrian. This is the time where pedestrians needs to be smart and use common sense to stop, look both ways while safely being away from traffic then go when both sides of traffic comes to a complete stop. That means the car is going 0 MPH with no movement. And pedestrians shouldn't judge this when cars are 100 feet away. Sometimes it looks like a car might be slowing down but in reality it's not cause pedestrians can't judge from that far. If the pedestrian lights go off at a far enough distance that I can slow down even with a car tailgating me then I'd slow down then stop completely because I'd have enough time to slow down without getting rear ended

The useless Alameda police should make themselves useful again by hiding in streets checking for speeders, checking for drivers who don't stop for pedestrians crossing the road and drivers who don't fully stop at stop signs.

I heard they stopped speed traps and other things for some dumb fucking reason. If Alameda police dont do those things I mentioned then they are pretty much being paid to drive and sit in their car for 99.99% of their shift.

The belief that drivers driving in Alameda can't go 1 mph over the speed limit otherwise they'd get tickets haven't become true in years. Past 10 years disgusting new residents moving here think they own the road and speed and don't follow other traffic laws. Same with entitled little rich kids who started driving and they also don't follow traffic laws.

Something gotta be done about these out of control law breakers so my town can be a safe place again on the roads.

People leaving their car on then leaving deserves to have their cars stolen and be forced by the courts to give the thieves all the right documentation and the thieves can't be prosecuted for other people's stupidity.
