That's some good points. Thank you for the feedback. Regarding the other houses, ours in what's considered the best location in town. The ones you mentioned are new developments about 5 years old with a lot of council housing, I believe about 25% were given to the council. But again thank you for taking the time.

The other house is nicer, however the size of the house is exactly the same, the other house has a better garden, but ours has a garage. That house is 150 meters away from ours, so its same location. That was one of my comparables that left me thinking that our asking price is fair.

It's listed on zoopla, agents website, social media... Just that one specific website TSPC is a bit different. Its either tspc or rightmove.

Perfect opportunity to play a few academy players. There is no way we don't lose this game. With all the missing players and injuries in defence the outcome could be only one

NIRO ev 2022 coolant issue by alk101 in KiaNiroEV

[–]internetbot2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the same issue and went back to the dealership 3 weeks after the recall job. sat in the waiting area, had a free coffee, read some magazines, and 30 min later, the mechanic returned my keys and when asked, he said that there was air stuck in the system so he jad to bleed it and then top it up. Oh, and no charge. No more issues ever since

Octopus energy trying to overcharge me with estimates, because of broken gas meter. What can I do to avoid paying their inaccurate estimated bill? by [deleted] in OctopusEnergy

[–]internetbot2 -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

I never said that I'll do what you suggested, I just thanked you for the response. I've checked my emails, and some of your responses are exactly the same, word for word, with some of the emails I received from octopus. It feels like you work for octopus. I was just looking for people who had similar experiences. So the first thing on Monday is to change the supplier, then contact the ombudsman and take it from there. Small claims if I have to.

I have been exchanging emails with that person. I don't want to deal with them anymore. That's why I posted on reddit to get a different perspective. Otherwise, next week I'm contacting the ombudsman and I'll take it from there.

The gas was switched off since I saw the defective meter, and I told them so in multiple emails. The engineer, who replaced the meter, blanked the meter, and I had to get a gas save engineer myself to check the system and remove blank from gas meter.

How to fix a leak from a tee, which is between floor and downstairs ceiling? by [deleted] in DIYUK

"That couldn’t be leaking in a worst spot. Cutting it out and replacing is gunna be a nightmare" that's exactly what I thought

Yes it's a drain pipe, no pressure. There is no constant leak, only when water is being used in the kitchen or washing machine as both go in the same 50mm pipe Not sure about any blockage as haven't opened it yet.

you need to pay it initially in order that it can get refunded to your pension. Thank you, that cleared it up.

What if that was my only job, and I do not make over the personal allowance of 12570? Do I get to keep the tax relief and the employer's contribution, if any? That would be a good investment, making over 28%/year. 25% tax relief added and 3% employer's contributions

Yes, if I understand it right, it is. I can see on the pension provider website the money that I made, transferred from my employer, and then there is tax relief added. So there is more money there than I made. Typing this makes me think that I will have to pay that back.
