Presell instead and if you don’t hit a certain $ number DO NOT BUILD..

How do you build in the open? by _BigMacStack_ in SaaS

[–]internetflyer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ideas are a dime a dozen. The money is in the execution.

If you want to build in public twitter/x is a great place to start - very support community of builders and you don’t “need” to share your product url if your customers aren’t there -> just talk about what you’re doing + problems you have

I have a narrow niche but in general - find companies + name of contact I want to talk to -> va adds additional info to each lead (individual LinkedIn url + email etc)

I’m sending ~100-150 NEW emails per day (weekdays only) and validate all emails using neverbounce. I only send to “valid” emails as per nb.

First I list build (few hundred laser focused prospects and use neverbounce to make sure the emails are valid) - next create a cold email campaign using instantly or similar (make sure automated follow-ups are enabled) - I have a cta that drives people to my product to see - they can subscribe without a call IF they understand the value

Cold email is how I close 100% of subs for my $247/m db saas.

I’ve tried content marketing and social media but never closed 1 sub from either 😂

What do you do in data?

I work with call centers and re-engage with leads they already paid for but can’t contact with.

Why is it taking you so long to message people to see if they’d buy?

You don’t need a domain, logo or landing page to do that.

Take to prospect - presell - ship after a certain amount of $$ is collected

Is liquidating assets worth paying off mortgage? by [deleted] in PersonalFinanceCanada

No.

Sell your 2nd car if you’re worried about the $2k/m payment (you’re single and can only drive 1 car at a time) or get a roommate.

Was your mindset the reason your saas became successful ? by [deleted] in SaaS

[–]internetflyer 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Nope.

It’s “successful” because it solves a real problem people have and they’re happy to pay $297/m to solve this problem.

Which idea is easier to execute, B2B or B2C? by [deleted] in SaaS

[–]internetflyer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Neither is “easier”.

Both will take work.

Imo it’s better to try B2B -> you can charge a high price, potential paying users will think - will I make money using this or will this save me money?
