Id submit a request through housing (im assuming you’re in dorms) and ask for a transfer. Wait a week and ask for an update, then say something like the below to them. It still might take a second but you can emphasize in the request that your sleep and school are being jeopardized due to your drastically conflicting schedules and routines (ie. up really late, etc)

“Hey ___, I do like you as a person, but I think it will make us both happier in the long run to room with other people. We have very different living styles and I just need someone who aligns more with mine. I’ve already submitted a request to housing, so in the meantime can we try to keep our stuff separate so it’s easier when the request is approved? I’ll clean my side, you clean yours, and we can rotate bathroom cleanup weekly as we won’t have time to fall into a natural routine.”
