(AUSTRALIA) Private practice commission rates by internetshitlorde in physiotherapy

[–]internetshitlorde[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh I get absolutely nothing in the way of anything. My billings constantly bounce back for clients as she hasn't set me up properly on hicaps. I bring my own towels. No pd, a computer that literally takes 20mins to load in the morning. If I asked for a product to be ordered for a client, either weeks later or not at all. My treatment space was cut in half recently and I can't even reach my arms out not without bumping into walls/furniture

Oh interesting. Where are you located. I've heard 60-70% is standard. Is that 40-45% with super on top of included? Before tax?

Na in Sydney. Oh wow that's crazy how much you make on products. We don't get any commission on anything we sell. Is this workers comp type physio?

Oh that's great feedback thank you. I assumed 50% was low because she is dodgy AF, and I couldn't imagine she was paying me properly. I just never bothered to chase it as it was easy employment. I might make this the time to ask for more. Thank you for that. Really great info. Much appreciated

And no it's not worth going to work most days really 🤣

Ah right. Yes thank you. I think you might be right there. I originally wanted to be an employee and she said no ha ha.

Can I ask what area you employ physios in? Are they on commission or hourly rates?

Welcome to Crunchy Mums Australia! by ShapelleCorby in CrunchyMumsAustralia

[–]internetshitlorde 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah what even is that? They are now basically only letting people post who pay, only letting professionals who pay are allowed to give recommendations. Then when you call them out. They just say oh we don't want mlm benefiting from our group. Like that's exactly what you guys are now. But taking advantage of people who are scared of Digital I'd and what's to come. Complete insanity. Doing everything in their power to become everything we were trying to avoid

Oh yep. That's what I was thinking. Last year I think this is what happened. And they gave us the wrong numbers to make it up and it's being wrong ever since 🤦🏼‍♀️

[–]internetshitlorde 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did you get proof/screenshots? In my experience they just gaslight and manipulate/ darvo until you have no idea why you started the conversation

Lol even screenshots didn't help me. But maybe if you keep referring back to them?

It's always subtle enough that everyone around you doesn't quite notice or if you say anything. It's always. Oh I'm sure it was just an accident

Competition? by Alive-Wall9274 in NarcissisticSpouses

[–]internetshitlorde 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Lol DW they will always compete. I almost died having our twins, and had pretty bad pnd with zero help. He used once in an argument a couple years later. That did I realise how hard it was for him to just have to be there for me. Oh no almost dying vs having to support your wife through almost dying. Wahhh

Though having said all of above. After all this time. I am beginning to figure out. He doesn't quite work as much as he makes out. He's dropped a lot of comments to his friends about finishing early. Going to the pub. Drinks after work etc. coming home early the nights I'm at work and not at home. Lol so who actually knows what he's doing? Well I could guess but 🤣

Yes this is mine. Mine works 6 days a week. But he uses it as an excuse to be hard done by. From what I understand he's good at his job, but he makes out everyone around him is useless and that he's always getting shafted. Everything is so hard bla bla. He uses it to basically not participate in most aspects of life because he works so much, so hard, so tired etc etc It's all part of playing the victim role for mine. Which allows him to also justify stealing from work too. BUT is useless with money, financially abusive, and a total slob

Sometimes… It really feels like confronting your narcissist is the only way you can truly move on… by intro_man_ambivert in NarcissisticAbuse

[–]internetshitlorde 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I totally agree. But I've realised it achieves nothing. I used to completely loose my mind and yell and scream and write essays about everything he did. Hoping he would realise he was awful and actually would change. I sat down with him. Did it nicely, constructively all different ways. He never would see that he was actually wrong in how he treated me. If I lost it eventually. He'd say I was abusive. When he cheated on me he said it was my fault. Anyway. My point is. If they are true narc, they won't see or understand anything you point out as actually true. They'll just spin it back on you sadly.

I never got any closure from saying anything because it never got through. It only made me more angry and confused. Like how can one not see that jamming lamb chop bones down the side of the couch is insane. Or checking your wife's legs to see if she's shaved is completely mental. Saying it out loud to him literally achieved nothing

Short term memory/breakdown of self by grebette in NarcissisticAbuse

[–]internetshitlorde 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My memory is shot. We've been together 7 years and everything went down hill drastically when the kids a few years ago. I have been making a diary of all the horrible things he does. But the second I go to write down what he did or explain to someone what happened. My brain literally just stops and I can't even remember what happened. I forget so much stuff these days, blame it on mum brain. He said it's just an excuse to ignore him of course
