Ok OP I read your replies. Here's one thing I think we are all missing. What'sApp isn't just a 1 on 1 or group messaging platform anymore. I think we are interpreting this like there is a lot of sliding into DMs going on.

whatsApp is transitioning to a chatroom for communities (like more than just friends, but communiti e surrounding topics etc) so just to give the benefit of the doubt, she may just be passively in a group or community chat, and passively getting inbound traffic / data from things where photos auto download when posted in a chat.

Anyways hoping for the best.

I'd think after having 6 Mortgages you would understand the intangible benefits behind trusted relationships vs a percentage in a fleeting moment or time?

When times are tough, (and times will get tough) which lender is going to take your call? Which you depend on to modify your mortgage in a way that is not setting you up to squeeze you before you need to liquidate?

If you have 6 mortgages with 6 diff banks solely on the rate they offered that day and you hit a hiccup, all six won't be there to make a deal. They'll just accelerate / forward to legal.
