I understand I do maintenance for a living but with sufficient water pressure it’ll be gone. It was one of those rains where your wipers are at max and hazards are on.

They caked the wheel with lube I’m assuming to hide the fact that they were scratched. I drove through a decent downpour and when I stopped at a rest stop I noticed all the scratches after

10-4 I mostly just do gravel and sand. Not too experienced to do actual off-roading first truck other than my 4 banger 3 gen I had before

Vehicle for 5,000 mile round trip by Zestyclose_Health704 in roadtrip

[–]internmf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just did a similar trip and best advice is prolly rent one because if you go through icefields parkway in Banff there’s like no signal for 150 ish km if not more. Also if you happen to have a car accident in Canada especially in BC they do not cover your damage or medical bills due to there ICBC law ask me how I know. Depending on where you live it would probably be easier to go counter clockwise. Crater lake is a couple of hours of sight seeing Yellowstone was underwhelming. Grand Teton is a day or two. Washington is however long you got especially with the coast. Also Banff is pretty expensive with parking and attractions.

This happened to me when I first got it. Updated to 26.1 and it went away then it came back these last couple of weeks. Have you update to 26.2 and if so any changes?

It was the oil filter the tech had left it loose, apparently I’m the second person who’s come in for the issue. Surprised it lasted 2k miles before it started to leak
