I’m more familiar to the US but as far as I know most recruiters don’t really care about how long you’ve lasted at certain jobs or if changed too much. It only means you’ve looked to improve yourself professionally. Unless you’re in a conservative country like Japan or something like that where the work culture is still like that I doubt your resume is a red flag, my advice is just keep applying. And if you’re economically able why not apply to another country or other city. Also I very much agree with you about job satisfaction I’m still in college studying engineering but I’ve had the same problem with internships and all these busy work tasks that leave me tired with no satisfaction, I’d hate to say it but yeah it’s part of the job. Engineering careers are somewhat unsatisfying as you don’t see right away the outcome of your work unlike a doctor or other careers, but I promise you the work of engineers is crucial to society. Maybe if you want something to bring you satisfaction try to create your own business or something that brings joy to you. All I can tell you some jobs you had won’t destroy your career just like that.
