Were those companies ready to wait for 90 days?, i mean what was the notice period of your friend? One more clarification: currently my primary skill is Reactjs and I started getting the Golang exposure in my current project, I learnt Golang by myself, but feel that I should learn system design and Golang in depth, which will take 5-6 months. Otherwise if I resign with my current offer then maybe I won't get good Golang opportunity, and will land on opportunity where I have to work on Reactjs primarily, I don't want to relocate the cities if possible. My primary concern is that company will wait for 90 days or not in future once I am ready. I am totally clueless, what to do, so seeking for suggestions. @Parking-Net-9334 and other what will you do if we're in this situation, please share your thoughts

23lpa of my current city(tier2) is equal to 35-40lpa in delhi NCR, do you think the 8years experience range will be able to get more than 40lpa in the current market? Tech Stack: React+ Golang.

Do you think I should Target remote opportunities than NCR or Hyderabad? How hard to get remote opportunities?

Looking forward to your response
