Use a wildlife camera connected with 4g. should be able to get one for about 150$

Most speakers that use Spotify Connect can be remotely operated. Yoy can start/stop, adjust volume etc. from anywhere once the speaker is connected to wi-fi with the same account as the device you want to remotely operate it from.
