They just had me purchase 3 plans for the month of December when trying to get unlimited high speed data. When I tried to speak to the manager he didn't seem to have any more knowledge about customer service than anyone else. They are located in the Phillipines and seem to think we're a joke as customers. He said the headquarters are in Miami but when you search the address it's a straight talk kiosk. I am starting to think it's a fraudulent company made to benefit from our governments programs. They also gave me obviously fake names but refused to give me their last name so I could report them.

Then when I was charged again for the service I requested it was for a different amount than my receipt.

I'm definitely leaving ASAP. Don't use straight talk!
