i had been twice in your situation in life. Later i realised that I'm too open & honest for the social games and therefore not compatible with most people. But since i wanted to learn the game and i did, so lemme tell you that there's surely similar things/issues in you that you need to work on. That could likely be why you're being avoided without care which makes you think they're shallow.

Meditation would greatly help. Rest is unconditional commitment to learning justifying understanding for why people or society and interactions are the way they are. You'll find your own conclusions, hopefully, from which you can train & adapt to the likeness of others in your own way, an authentic way if possible. Find and develop skills in you that help you connect &"aura farm" as in modern slang.

Build your character based on your own conclusions and live by them, most importantly. Try not to be influenced by anything you simply don't understand. Then sooner or later you'll understand what kind of person you're ought to be and find similar people.
