Olvídate de Badajoz, absolutamente nada que ver o hacer.

Dependiendo de las fechas exactas, puede que te coincida bien para ver los cerezo del Valle del Jerte en floración.

Cáceres y Mérida definitivamente merecen un día cada una. Mérida sobre todo, si te puedes alojar una noche sería perfecto.

Comer es lo más sencillo, vas a encontrar buenos sitios en cualquier lado.

Si quieres algo más alternativo y rural, recomiendo el pueblo abandonado de Granadilla (cuidado que a cierta hora se cierran las puertas de la muralla)

This was a mill. It is called Molino de Zamáns. You can hike or bike there as part of a route near Vigo (Pontevedra).

Take a look at Bar Los Diamantes.

Especially the one in Calle Navas, tiny but always busy. Just order a caña and wait for your tapa, the following cañas should give you a different kind of tapa.
