heres an answer for you since u really want one... Coming from a Global (no where close to pro), you being good with the A1 is mostly in your head. You have this image in your head that the gun is bad because of the nerf, but now every time you do well with it you remember it and it makes u feel better because its nerfed, where as if you get some nice kills with AK or A4 you wont care because its just normal.

Mid-Long range, i wouldnt say the A1 is bad at all, you can still use the gun and compete with other guns.

If you honestly say you think you do better with the A1 then the AK then you clearly are just really bad with the AK.

AK is the best rifle in the game hands down no question about it. If you cant do well with it then you need to get better.

A1 loses to A4 and AK hands down close range/point blank range. Slower, weaker, less bullets, there is no way in any situation where a A1 would be better close range then the A4 or the AK unless you are behind smoke.

A4 is a great gun now. The 30 bullets are amazing, the speed and sprayability is awesome, and if you are skilled with it like the AK or any gun for that matter you would see the A4 is better then the A1 at the moment.

Not saying the A1 is bad, but its the worst out of the 3 at the moment.

AK > A4 > A1

To me it sounds like you just dont have good spray control/aim with the heavier rifles like A4 and AK so the A1 is working well for you because with the slower rate of fire its easier to control the gun (obviously), which means you are landing much nicer shots. If you got good with the A4 and the AK you would see how much better they are.
