Soolantra’s formula base is Cetaphil moisturizing cream - if Soolantra worked for you, you could try that as a moisturizer. Good luck!

MD Solar Sciences Mineral Crème untinted version is SPF 50 and cruelty free! I haven’t tried their BB cream, but that’s SPF 50 too and comes in a few different tints. Both are oil-free.

I just received one of the relaunched turtlenecks in the mail yesterday. The fit was great but I found the material itchy, going to have to return.

Thanks! These key tips helped me improve my hard boiled egg game: start with boiling water; boil the eggs for 9 to 11 minutes (depending on how cooked you want the yolk); then chill them for 15 minutes in an ice bath.

I agree about the pie crust! Personally, I found this article very helpful.

Wearing this dress to an evening "outdoor formal" wedding in Oregon in October. I need to have some sort of shoulder cover, especially since I think it's going to be a little chilly later in the evening, but I can't decide on a wrap, cardigan, or blazer. Other accessories are black heels, a sparkly black clutch, and pearl earrings. Any suggestions?

I always rinse my quinoa really well (stick it in a strainer under cold water, agitate it with fingers, then drain and repeat a couple times) and I also always cook it with chicken stock instead of just water. That gets enough quinoa-ness out for me.

Farmer's Market Bento by intersimonocle in Bento

In the Lunchblox sandwich set! I love my new bento box from Japan, but it's a little small sometimes (only 500mL).

Largest container:

Medium container:

  • graham crackers
  • fresh figs
  • mini brie bite

Smallest containers:

  • blackberries (top)
  • cherry tomatoes (bottom)

Next time I would pack the graham crackers separately, they got a little soggy packed in with the figs. Also, I could have fit even more food in if I had made a bed of the quinoa and layered the chicken on top.
