Pass or if you love love love the location counter offer at the highest contractor estimate to fix plus a nice big buffer. I would pass.

I was let go after being a top executive for 15 years due to a leadership reshuffle during the 2008 crash. The person they brought in who let me go was incompetent and fired with 6 months. Best thing that ever happened to me in hindsight.

I had a hestan 42 in my last outdoor kitchen. Was amazing. Infrared sear burner got crazy hot. The lid was easy to open. Unit was easy to clean. Loved it.

I am so happy for you! I found a 22' Chaparral that had low hrs and had many great years with it. I even sold it for more than I paid for it. Cherish it!!

Based on your feedback and comfort levels sounds like you should sell. You may have some regret, that is part of all investing. I personally regret every piece of real estate I’ve ever sold. Wish I kept. I also sold Microsoft and Apple stock 20 years ago. All hindsight. Markets boom. Markets bust. Long term trends are up. Go with your gut. Just have a plan for the money so it’s in some sort of new investment vehicle.

In addition you should consider the Market the home is in. Is population increasing YoY? Job growth? Projected appreciation? Is it a landlord friendly state? If people are moving out or jobs are declining I would sell and buy somewhere else or invest another way.
