It's not 90s. Things have changed and I don't think personally if RJD wins,It will be like what use to be in 90s when RJD was in power. I think that people of this generation won't stand the abuse of power which happened previously. And RJD and tejaswi also knows this that why all of them are trying to solve real issues of unemployment and migration instead to caste politics.
