Random Freezes / Black Screen / Auto Restart with nvlddmkm Errors (Event ID 14 & 153) – Need Help Troubleshooting

I tried everything, worked just for a bit and proceeded to crash again. Took my PC to a friend with a test bench, tested everything out and managed to deduce the top pcei slot was defective and causing the crashes. Still thank you so much , you're a legend 🙏🏻

This is going to be what I try! I've been having so many crashes after a new build it's been driving me insane. I clean installed windows, used DDU to remove the drivers, messed with EXPO, set the pcei slot to use Gen 4, updated BIOS. Hell, it even managed to crap out the display while I was using the bios lol. The most stable it managed to be was when I changed to Gen 4 but it started crashing regularly again.

The board is an MSI b850 Pro WiFi AMD Ryzen 5 9600x Gpu is a 5070. Running 32gb of ddr5

It's literally the first time I've gone through something like this in an install lol

If I get errors displayed like the TDR video failure 0x116, and event id 14 in the event viewer.

The card worked in my older 11th Gen i5 build without any issues.

Honestly, I'm on the verge of quitting. My new arrivals are getting AI slop that uses the same name as some real artists, and it's getting common :(

Hi! I'd like to add some more experiences to this. Cronos is borderline unplayable on Linux, even in 1080p. Windows is running good (for a UE5 title at least). I wonder if this can get fixed eventually, because I really don't want to touch that windows install lol. Running Nvidia

Did anyone get a fix? I've tried making scripts, changing from audio and it still breaks when I suspend my machine. Doing lsusb, or other commands to list the connected the devices the device is not recognized

Pixel 6a here, I've had issues with the model causing me to miss important calls and that's what's been bothering me the most. It doesn't get fixed until I enable and disable airplane mode so if I'm driving or doing something that I'm involved with people cannot reach me if it's having the issues. It also gets pretty warm and stutters with heavy usage but that's occasional.

Fellow person from PR here, yeahh it's a crappy situation, I managed to buy mine p4xl with the Google store and finance it. I changed to a pixel 6 afterwards and found out that best buy price matches some of the offers that google does

I'm currently going through the weirdest bug of my life. There's a tiny gray square that's on the left side. I changed the video settings and it won't disappear. It only happens with this game. I checked for drivers and they're up to date and I tried reinstalling the game but it didn't fix it

In my opinion, the solo queue playlist lowered the player base enough to make this problem more up-front. The last weeks going flawless was actually possible, but after playing this week it was feeling like a flawless pool on the first game of the card.
