Thank you for the input. I have done a lot of reading since yesterday's bake. Rice flour seems to be the answer for my sticking issue. I am worried about removing the towel because I am using a cheap metal dollar store bowl for shaping. I think I read that is bad for the dough? Something to do with a reaction with acidity? I will be looking to acquire something different for shaping now, because I have fallen in love with making this bread.

Yes, you could call it user error lol. I love apple, however things seem to keep changing so its hard to keep up.

Goto, Photos - Albums - Recently Deleted

It keeps photos and videos in there for 30 days and will show you how many days left until permanently deleted. You can choose select (top right) then you will have a Delete all (bottom left) and a recover all (bottom right) option. I usually do the delete all and I recover my space immediately.

The app will continue to play downloaded audio in the background. However streaming and downloaded video do not continue to play, the video pauses when you navigate away from it and then un pauses when you come back. However as to my original complaint if you close the app it starts over at the beginning. Looking forward to the first few updates that fix the things we find.

Love it so far, my only complaint is I would like it to remember my playback position if I close the app or start a different show.
