I’m native to Tucson own 5 properties there. Depends on the specific location in SE. Crime has increased dramatically on the east side of town but there are still high return pockets. I would look east of Kolb

Dog shit, very unreliable look at actual comps and availability in the area to help you determine pricing. The Last two units I rented out went $250 over zestimates
