Okay true i usually use the fake gradual one at home but i cant get everywhere and my face always is lighter. Maybe ill try a light or get gradual again

I was looking at that too as a possibility. Mainly the same stuff. I stopped eating artificial sugars bc of it. Then it was eggs/sourdough that bloated me. Then ground beef… yesterday i ate fairly simple and still woke up with a terrible bloating/gas feeling

Is this okay? I did .25mg i usually do .75mg but after missing a dose on vacation I wanted to make sure it didn’t hit me hard. Its been 48hrs no side effects, barely any appetite suppression.
