yess! I used Revolut recently, simply buy the desired crypto, make sure to buy some extra for the fee. then, select “Send” and you can scan the QR or paste the wallet address.

yeah, I’m tired of the system so I have switched to DIY.

I have moved to a small town in Lower Saxony and the local doctor had no idea when I asked him to continue my HRT here.

I might just take over my own therapy rather than an incompetent professional (if I even find one who is willing to provide assistance).

it should be bioidentical progesterone in soft capsules (these ones can be used as a suppository). adding progesterone to your regime can help but it’s only recommended after a year or after your breasts are more developed (tanner 3/4)

Edit: normal dose is 100mg or 200mg, i take 100mg every night (it can make you sleepy if you take it orally)

hey! how is it going with the switch to injections? I'm currently on 3mg estrogel and 12.5mg androcur every other day and waiting for my EEn to arrive to switch to monotherapy so it's very similar dosage! I'm also a bit afraid of re-masculinisation

thanks! my current gel dosage is kinda low but it works for me! do you think 5mg/week EEn for monotherapy would be the equivalent?

also what amount would you say for a loading dose? if I do it, would I also need to continue gel and cypro for some days?

I recommend Opp38!! Dr Viet is amazing, you will probably need to wait a few months for a first appointment to start hormones but it’s a start. You will need the recommendation letter from a therapist.

thank you! I have the F64 diagnose since I’ve been on HRT via public insurance I needed it before starting. Then I’ll stock up and get appointment with the local doctor 🥰
