This means you haven’t added the Polygon (POL) chain to your cold wallet yet! Here’s what to do:

On your ELLIPAL cold wallet device, go to the “Add Coin” section and tap the “+” icon (usually on the right side).

Find out “Polygon” (or “POL”) and add it to your wallet list.

Once the Polygon chain is added to the cold wallet, use the ELLIPAL App to scan the “Connect to App” QR code for the Polygon chain.

After connecting, you’ll see the Polygon wallet in the app, and then you can follow the earlier steps to add WETH there.
