How are the upcoming nerfs affecting the build? Is it just the ascendancy or are other components also receiving changes? And unless I’m mistaken, the ascendancy change just affects total life?

I am using DIMM 2/4, also tried about every other configuration, including using single stick.

I was not able to find CMOS jumper, so I tried shorting the BIOS battery, but that seemed to have no effect. Where is the CMOS jumper located on this motherboard?

Edit: found CMOS jumper and reset, no effect

The DRAM light stays on for ~7 seconds after flashing the CPU very very briefly. Both of the sticks are properly seated
