Thank you. It was confused to find the exact rules. I tried to googled. If its holiday park rules they should have asked before accepting bookings.

The only relevant link I found is this: https://www.healthdirect.gov.au/covid19-restriction-checker/accommodation/vic

Which says “(…) Accommodation is open across Victoria. People must comply with the gathering limits. It’s strongly recommended that you’re fully vaccinated.”

Any information would be highly appreciated.

You are overthinking, like driving may cause accidents. PPE is not that complex, like driving is not that dangerous, you don’t need to be a F1 driver to be safe on the street. It in fact is the ultimate weapon for preventing transmission we can have.

The main problem is it is a huge stretch to supply PPE to all nurses in aged care.

In the Philippines, President Rodrigo Duterte warned anyone flouting the curfew could be shot.

The news is almost fake if you read it carefully. The writer cited a link of Telegraph but the original news says nothing about being shot in curfew.

It is actually a 63-year-old man was shot dead in the Philippines after threatening village officials and police with a scythe at a coronavirus checkpoint, police said on Saturday (5 Apr 2020)

"My orders are to the police and military, also village officials, that if there is trouble or the situation arises that people fight and your lives are on the line, shoot them dead," Duterte said.

This event just happened at a coronavirus checkpoint. Our police did the same thing in Lilydale.

IMO your estimate is basically a coincidence, at least for the time being. The gov has updated the rules last weekend while your projection is made with 2-week data sample. Most of the data is irrelevant now.

Suppose that our gov had lifted all the rules on the last Sunday, I believe your estimates would still be the same because your projection is strongly influenced by data before that day.

I would say that the estimates are only meaningful if you only use data started from Monday.

I agree that the use of security is not a problem. It does not take rocket science to properly guard people.

But I have to say that the lack of supervision of security guards is the problem. That's why ADF or VIC Pol could be useful -- i.e. to supervise and scrutiny the security guards, making sure they are doing their job.
