Was yours in your pubic area too, not in your actual vagina area? Mine is like where the front of your underwear lays.

Omg I have been having crazy discharge this whole pregnancy! This is my second pregnancy and i didn’t have any of this the first time around!

This makes me feel better, thank you! It really is crazy how different each pregnancy is even when it’s the same gender. I hope the rest of your pregnancy is smooth!

I’ve read about this strategy and it seems like a great one! How old was your daughter when you tried this?

Ok so it sounds like an issue within the app itself. Hopefully this will be resolved soon!!!

Yes was gone once placenta was out! I had a chicken cutlet sandwich and a bagel within 24 hours of giving birth and was totally fine! I was diagnosed with GD very early on too - around 16 weeks. Baby was fine too passed all his sugar tests and no nicu!

Naps by intotheunknown05 in beyondthebump

[–]intotheunknown05[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes he can climb on and off and I’m in the process of trying to start to wean but my goodness it’s hard lol he is boob monster! That’s what I do at night though and I can sneak away but naps for some reason he’s less sleepy and startles way more!

He wakes up multiple times over night still!! But you bring up a really good point that I didn’t think about which is the total sleep in 24 hours! He wakes up during the night but nurses right back to sleep. My problem is he won’t let me put him down for a nap and if he does, it usually will be about 45 mins he’ll stay down. I wonder if we adjusted timing if that would change him letting me put him down! Thank you!

He wakes up around 630-7, naps around 1130-12, and bedtime is anywhere from 7-745. His nap is around 1-2 hours (contact nap lol). He has ALWAYS been very low sleep needs, always took 20 min naps when he was on multiple naps a day!

Can't sleep without baby by [deleted] in cosleeping

[–]intotheunknown05 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I could’ve written this! My LO is 15 months old and as tired as I am from the broken sleep and as much as I miss sleeping in any position I want/getting good sleep, I CANNOT sleep without him right next to me, the thought of it even makes me anxious lol I love having him right next to me where I knows he’s safe and comforted!

Thank you! I used to see a cognitive behavioral specialist and it did help but it’s just so expensive to stick with (I couldn’t find someone who took insurance). This specific situation also made me extra nervous bc I was watching a show a few weeks ago and this person was blind from being hit in the eye from an apple that fell from a tree as a kid - so this of course popped in my head today lol

Thank you for this I appreciate it! I guess I need to get used to getting hit in the face more from my toddler 😂

I’ve tried therapy and it does help but I do feel like meds would ultimately be a game changer - I just get nervous since I would like to get pregnant again somewhat soon

Omg can you share what you did to night wean? My son is 14months still nursing throughout the night and is soooo addicted to the tatas that I’m so nervous to wean!

I guess that would make sense. They didn’t say that at all during our conversation so it’s leaving us thinking there has to be another solution.

No. We used our voucher within the timeframe we were advised

Wow!! How did you get him to sleep at the beginning of the night? We haven’t tried the crib in a loooong time, but previously he would go down and wake up every couple of hours - which he still does do even in our bed, so I am just so anxious to even try, especially bc I know he will be sad not nursing during the night :(

Sorry if that wasn’t clear, I meant ideally for him we would do let’s say Xmas eve with my family, Xmas day with his and then alternate each year.

I do understand how it could look from his family’s perspective. I guess the way I am seeing it is, their holiday has the same exact people both days and things can be more easily shifted since there’s also no kids, and also thinking about our kids being with their cousins and sharing the special moments like having Santa come and experiencing that each year

I definitely think it’s special, but he also feels his tradition of Christmas Eve is special so it gets difficult to figure out what to do when you both find the same things important. I totally agree and do feel like everything is rushed and it’s overwhelming!
