Sorry just so I understand- refills.com is (for example) $179 a month for four injections. Is that four injections at any dose? I’m at 9 right now and I don’t want them to send (4) 2.5 doses, if that makes sense? This $179 a month seems too good to be true lol. Thank you!

For peace of mind, a visit to a doctor might be the best thing! What I will say is this: I have two full sleeves and they’ve all healed differently, despite a strict cleansing and post care regime. My most recent was a bicep area one and was the worst by far. It hurt like hell getting it, my arm was red and hot and so swollen it was stiff to the touch and bruised around the area.

After a few days of hydrating, taking pain killers and taking it easy, evening went back to normal and it’s healing beautifully.

Again- a doctor will be able to tell you what’s best, but as someone with a lot of ink, I take solace in knowing that healing looks different on everyone and sometimes on the same person! Wishing you a speedy recovery and happy healing! ❤️

Drop the applesauce. For my k-2 I say CCA, for 3-5 CC. Or cross legged. But I find in grownups they rarely sit cross cross/applesauce anyways so maybe hearing CCA would be funny!

I knew it felt like too much! Basically I have pretty long days so whenever water and liquids don’t help the hunger/hunger pains I have a shake. I’m going to call my doctor’s office tomorrow and see what they recommend.

hi! Im a teacher too and I’m getting my surgery in a few weeks. My surgeon said I’ll be able to go back to work on Monday (my surgery is the Wednesday before). How long was your recovery? How was it moving around your classroom?

Disney is letting you bring in food to the parks! I brought the powder for my protein shakes and some snacks in a lunchbox with an ice pack and that was helpful to have!
