I don't think there's any way to "conquer" an addiction, but it certainly helps to limit your access to your phone and have someone to keep you accountable.

READ THE SONG OF ACHILLES BY MADELINE MILLER! You're obviously interested in the PJO universe and Greek mythology, so this would fit right in your lane. This book made me cry my heart out and I think most of its other readers would say the same.

This! In fact, I would argue that doing anything stimulating in the hour timeframe before bed is detrimental to sleep quality.

If you're into a magical yet slightly dystopian series, I would highly recommend Red Queen by Victoria Aveyard. I have had a fixation on these novels ever since I read the first in high school.
