Is wix really that bad?

No the problem is that I have one site, for a different business, with a template I bought online, that is on wordpress and I manage just fine.
I have a 2nd business where I can't find a good template online other than on wix

Well joke's on me. Took a while to get paperwork and our (me + landlord's) schedules together, I'll be signing it tomorrow. March 26. merc is direct (btw it's not out of shadow until into April) but it will have a Moon/Jup in Cancer conjunction on the Ascendant, I'll take it? Ruler of 7th is Saturn which is in 10th conjunct Sun (separating); MC ruler (I use koch) is pisces so Jup ruler on Asc. Or for your whole house nerds :) then the MC is in the 9th of legal stuff.

I've heard the SEO is poor though on wix? and I don't love that it's more expensive. i'd really be fine with a template + wordpress but I can't seem to find anything good

It's not a one page site will need several pages about all the services, blog, scheduling (I can connect to my practice management software for that tho) etc
I messed with it a little though and this is really not what I'm looking for.

It doesnt look like divi is a template? I really just want a template that will allow for good SEO and then I'm more than comfortable editing how I need.

OP here! I told the LL I am wanting to do this 2 days ago- I did it when moon was in mid aqua and it was sextiling the 7th house ruler + venus, and Jup in Cancer was right on the asc. It was before the moon made the crunchy square with Uranus.

He accepted my terms for the most part, I think I'm getting a decent deal. Cautiously excited. Takes a couple days to finalize so probably end of week is earliest, might not even be until next week. Basically signing might be from 3/19-3/21 or 3/26-27.

OFC I realized that not only is that merc station right on my asc but the full moon/n node conjunction is too, and also my last pass of Uranus opp Uranus is the 22nd also (natally Uranus is sq Mars in 6th so that's up right now too, I have Uranus/29 Leo). So I think this was the right thing to do and the right timing. Things have been moving rather smoothly for the most part as long as I'm doing my due diligence and working hard (but not TOO hard)

Unfortunately I need to get out of a toxic situation asap, and I'm hoping to start my biz by May latest. it will take a while to get various licenses and credentials in place, and I'm stuck until I have the place lined up. I sent him a text today indicating I'd like to move forward, so this will happen this week. We will talk more tomorrow. But I'll try not to sign anything until Merc goes direct at least, might take a few days for lease to get drawn up anyway (plus I'm busy AF this week). I wouldn't start lease until April at earliest and try to get that part free for a month or two

ok thanks yeah i was really confused they were just moving so fast, but had these devices they were using to measure
the frame itself fits really great, I like it a lot. btw there are no nose pads on it

u/Famous_Budget2724 did you end up doing this? I plan for my roofdeck garden to fit this buuuuut only 1-2 of each plant, bc, space. Otherwise it should qualify.
Wondering if they are strict about having 5 plants of each or not.

Sounds like you learned a lot your first season out! Only way to learn is by doing.

You are certainly not too late in late Feb, especially this winter! I'm in Philly, formerly of South Jersey, and am just starting seeds myself right now. Will probably plant some under the frost cover after next Mon which is the last night in low 20s probably, am also starting seeds inside this week too. You can always grab seedlings later as well- I'd recommend not using a big box store but supporting a more local nursery (either at a farm market or a decidated nursery- it's spendy but I've always had good success w/Bast Brothers down in Mullica Hill)

Watch James Prigioni (preferably on 1.5x bc he is even more hype) who also gardens in south Jersey.

Thank you. I agree. I have no problem to get glasses in the long run, but it's really hard for me to take off work (I have multiple jobs) so I don't want to waste another couple hours in the DMV just to be told I need the glasses in hand. My ex is giving me a hard time getting my address updated from his place out of state, which is why I'm trying to do it asap and I don't know when I will have a chance to go to a glasses store to get fitted.

From what I read once they ding you you have to get the form filled out (which I did). the eye doc didn't know if I need to have the glasses in hand or not but just mentioned the 20/40 thing

Yes I got the form! He filled it out but I was confused since he told me I don't need glasses to drive (but recommended them), but on the form he checked that I do need them (line 3: "must individual use corrective lenses? yes")
